Nabota 100U is a brand name for a botulinum toxin type A product. The Nabota 100U kit comprises a sealed glass vial containing pressurized powder. The powder will be fine and freeze-dried. The vial may appear devoid of content. To prepare for usage, mix the powder within the vial with saline solution. For 100 units, blend with 2.5 ml of saline, and for 200 units, utilize 5 ml of saline.

It is recommended that patients wear gloves when reconstituting and diluting Nabota. To reconstitute and dilute Nabota, use a syringe and draw the unpreserved sterile saline into the needle. Inject it slowly and avoid forming any bubbles. Patients should then gently mix the lyophilized Nabota until it is clear with no particles visible.

For glabellar lines, it is recommended to inject 0.1mL into five injection points along and between the eyebrows. Two injections should be made in each corrugator muscle, and one injection should be done in the procerus muscle. 

For a healthier and more efficient product, it is recommended that patients keep note of the date and time of reconstitution. The solution should always be administered 24 hours after reconstitution.

Nabota injections for wrinkles typically begin showing results two days after the procedure. Treatment is fast and nearly painless, so there is no need for anesthesia. Most patients report immediately returning to daily activities after the injection.
