Transfer Wise

TransferWise, which recently renamed itself Wise, is essentially an online account where you can send money abroad or get paid in other currencies and spend abroad on their Wise debit card.

How does Wise work?
When you want to send money abroad with Wise it feels like the money is going straight from your bank account into your recipient’s account.

Important information for Transfer Wise
When you send a payment through Transfer Wise, please read and carefully follow the instructions that have been sent previously to your email. To avoid delays with the shipment of your parcel, it is important to fill in the details the correct order number. Additionally, please be sure to send us the confirmation email.

If the payment information contact name is different from your order information, please send us an email to let us know, otherways, it will be difficult for us to match the payment with your order.


Bank Transfer
You can also make a payment directly to our bank account.
A bank transfer (or wire transfer) is a payment method that allows you to transfer money to a bank account around the world.

Order Expiration
Payments must be completed within 7 days after the order is placed.
If the payment is not completed after 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and invalidated.

Payments settled after the cancellation of the order
If an order has been made and the payment is sent through any of the payment methods available, after the 7 days of the order expiration, you can only get a refund as Filler House credits. The credits can be used in the next order placed on the website. Notice that, in this case, a bank transfer refund is unavailable.

Partial payments
For orders submitted through the website, partial payments are not allowed. Filler House does not accept any partial payments that are less than the full amount due. Orders will not be sent until the full payment is received.

Double charge for one order
We kindly ask for your patience at the moment that you are processing the payment.
The payment screen takes a certain time to complete the transaction, however, if the screen is refreshed too soon or any technical fault comes in between. It might also be quite possible that the order or payment could be placed twice.

In such a case, our customer service team will contact the customer and confirm the duplicate order.
